Umar Farouk Mutallab The media world has been awash with a lot of tales about the alleged terrorist act committed by a Nigerian Umar Farouk Mutallab on board a Detroit bound flight from Amsterdam. Most of the things I read from the western media is disheartening and appalling, while everybody in Nigeria has been condemned the act. What I will not accept is the blatant insult and disregard shown by these media companies that fails to see anything good in Nigeria when they are clearly blind to the same if not worse act coming from their home country. Tell me which of these countries can honestly say that their country is 100% free from (Umar Farouk Mutallab) terrorism even from their own citizen? America, Britain or which of them? From their report they said that the boy was reported to American by his own father and American and British have failed to see anything good in his father’s altruistic act.
