IS AMERICA ARMING,FUNDING AND SUPPORTING ISIS?

 Reports reaching our news room have it that Russian troops have finally arrived in Syria.   With their arrival, its expected that there will be a shift in the power in the ongoing war between ISIS and Syria since four years now.

Syrian civilian are largely happy with the development which appears to be the needed blow to finally defeat ISIS, paving way for long rebuilding process of Syria. And the expected return of Syrian refugees to their fatherland.

To the shock of many keen observers, American president does not appear to be happy with the development.  Obama was reported to have sent John Kerry to meet with Russian foreign Minister Sergev Lavrov, to warn him about interfering in the war. Saying that such an interference will cause more refugees.

This is absurd considering the fact that ISIS has been killing civilians, bombing hospitals and churches,schools, beheading of innocent people all in a bid to impose Islamic ideals on the citizens.
This is also fueling the romour that US is training and funding ISIS all in a bid to overthrow the Syrian government.

If this is true, American government has just created the biggest problem for the world by dealing with terrorists unless American soldiers who no doubt maybe working on ground with ISIS are

actually in command of ISIS.
John Kerry and Obama should be more intelligent in their deception  by telling the world what appears to be true instead of this stupid lies that destroying terrorist will lead to more refugees instead
of peace in the region.

HOW CORRUPTION FIGHT IS CAUSING THE FALL OF NAIRA AGAINST WORLD CURRENCIES PART 2

ROUND TRIPPING OF CURRENCY
(please read my previous post on economy before reading this)

It is due to the pegging of our local currency to the foreign currencies that is helping fuel this economic quagmire we are in.

For instance imagine a scenario were the difference between the official rate and the price at the parallel market is as much as N70 (e.g. official rate= N220 to $1 and at the black market N290 = $1) What this means in practical terms is this, if I can get about $2million dollars at bank rate from CBN or other banks I will simply go to black market and earn N140Million simply selling the dollars at the parallel market price.  Imagine if I can do this weekly for a month, I will be smiling home with N11200million or N1.12billion.

This in turn will fuel inflation because the goods for which the money was approved for will never come into Nigeria and due to the pressure put on the naira the local currency (i.e. naira) will keep falling.

I will keep you posted on how these economic decisions are leading Nigeria into bigger problems than we are currently in.

SOLUTION: please they should allow the forces of demand and supply determine the price of dollar so as to stop round tripping of our local currency.

The corruption fight in Nigeria today is large pages of Newspaper. Though i support corruption fight 110%, if they will let evidence dictate who to arrest and prosecute instead of this political corruption fight where you will remove your loyalist and allow only your enemies to face corruption charges.  I said it before and I am saying it again, “SELECTIVE JUSTICE IS INJUSTICE”.

The problem with Nigeria is that our leaders have lost touch with reality, so they are leading themselves and think they are leaders. Before they take any decision the question has always been;

1                     what is your ethnic group

2                     what is your religion

3                     what is your political party

These considerations have been the problem why some people will never let the thieves in their tribe stand trial. If you leave a well-known thief in your tribe and come to mine to arrest and prosecute a moderate thief in mine, morality will not allow me to let you do that.

It is also because this administration has largely fought their corruption on the pages of Newspaper; Political thieves are withdrawing their money in droves and buying hard currencies which they will launder into foreign accounts. This singular act puts pressure on our local currency and this has led to the failing currency in the world market. The failing fortunes crude oil in the world market also contributed to the problem of Nigerian failing value of our local currency in the world market.

I will write also inform you tomorrow on how this administration is causing round tripping that is leading us to economic doom and the solution!

NOW THEY ARE WORKING ON THE NORTHERNIZATION POLICY OF NIGERIA IN FULL FORCE

 When some people claimed that Buhari is working with the age long Northern agenda, I castigated him and reprimanded him that hate or like Buhari, that he cannot carry out such an obnoxious act at this age and time. How naive i was.
The recent happening today prove Buhari has continued with the Northern agenda of their fore fathers notable Usman dan Fodio and Sir Ahmadu Bello the former Saurdana of Sokoto and the Premier of the North, who said and I quote “We the people of the north will continue our stated intention to conquer the south and to dip the koran in the Atlantic ocean after the British leave our shores.”
Three years later, on 12 October 1960, Ahmadu Bello went a step further by saying the following words to the Parrot Newspaper: “The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grandfather Uthman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use the minorities in the North as willing tools and the South as a conquered territory and never allow them to rule over us and never allow them to have control over their future”. That same year he said: "I will allow Sir Tafawa Balewa to go and become Prime Minister and lead the unbelievers of the south whilst I will stay in the north and lead the faithful"
On 2nd October 2014, one Aliyu Gwarzo said the following to Pointblanknews:
”When I say that the Presidency must come to the north next year I am referring to the Hausa-Fulani core north and not any northern christian or minority tribe. The Christians in the north are nothing and the minorities know that when we are talking about leadership in the north and in Nigeria, Allah has given it to us, the Hausa-Fulani. They owe us everything. This is because we gave them Islam through the great Jihad waged by Sheik Usman Dan Fodio. We liberated all these places and all these people by imposing Islam on them by force. It was either the Koran or the sword and most of them chose the Koran. In return for the good works of our forefathers Allah, through the British, gave us Nigeria to rule and to do with as we please. Since 1960 we have been doing that and we intend to continue. No Goodluck or anyone else will stop us from taking back our power next year. We will kill, maim, destroy and turn this country into Africa’s biggest war zone and refugee camp if they try it. Many say we are behind Boko Haram. My answer is what do you expect? We do not have economic power or intellectual power. All we have is political power and they want to take even that from us. If they don’t want an ISIS in Nigeria then they must give us back the Presidency and our political power. Their soldiers are killing our warriors and our people every day but mark this: even if it takes one hundred years we will have our revenge. Every Fulani man that they kill is a debt that will be repaid even if it takes 100 years. The Fulani have very long memories”.

General Muhammadu Buhari once accused the mainly Igbo speaking area of Nigeria of hating him because of the part he played during the Nigerian civilian war of 1967-1970.
But my candid investigation proves that it is not really the case.

The problem of Muhammadu Buhari with the Igbo started immediately after he took over the reigns of power through a coup d'tat . There was a galloping inflation and in a desperate bid to stop the inflation he ordered that price regulation must be used to control the prices of goods.
He immediately ordered the military to impound and sell the goods of mainly Igbo traders at an auction prices always far below their purchase prices. This singular act is the genesis of Igbo mistrust of Buhari and what he stands for.
It will be recalled that days after assuming office, the president ordered the release of captured Boko Haram insurgents.
One is forced to ask if they will release killers and kill unarmed innocent civilians what legacy are they leaving for this country?

RADIO BIAFRA NOW FORMING AFRICA LARGEST NETWORK

The website of of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) reported that they have launched a satellite television called Biafra television and a shortwave that will cover most of Africa and even beyond Africa. The frequency of the broadcast is 15560 kHz in the 19 meter band and hours of broadcast for the time being, 7.00 – 9.00 am and 7.00 – 9.00 pm Nigerian time. They also broadcast on FM and internet. This ongoing broadcast has now put a question mark on the claim by Shade Yemi-Esan permanent secretary of National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) claim that they have jammed the pirate station and effectively blocked them from broadcasting while briefing journalists last month. The permanent secretary also said that the commission is working with security agencies to get those that are behind the radio station because it is illegal and has no license to operate.

Nnamdi Kanu, who calls himself the Director of (IPOB) described the shortwave radio as ,"Nuclear War Head".
With the improved coverage of the pirate station (It now broadcasts in Lagos and its environs) one wonders the readiness of NBC to face the changing terrain of broadcasting at this age and time. Its been a bumbling galore by the commission from their inability to regulate the GSM operators, unhealthy practices by cable operators which they cant regulate curb or sanction and now the inability to stop pirate station from operating.

I, Brigadier Joshua Nimyel Dogonyaro, of the Nigerian Army, hereby make the following declaration on behalf of my colleagues and members of the Nigerian Armed Forces. Fellow country men, the intervention of the military at the end of 1983 was welcomed by the nation with unprecedented enthusiasm. Nigerians were unified in accepting the intervention and looked forward hopefully to progressive changes for the better.
Almost two years later, it has become clear that the fulfillment of expectations is not forthcoming. Because this generation of Nigerians and indeed future generations have no other country but Nigeria, we could not stay passive and watch a small group of individuals misuse power to the detriment of our national aspirations and interest.
No nation can ever achieve meaningful strides in its development where there is an absence of cohesion in the hierarchy of government; where it has become clear that positive action by the policy makers is hindered because as a body it lacks a unity of purpose.
It is evident that the nation would be endangered with the risk of continuous misdirection. We are presently confronted with that danger. In such a situation, if action can be taken to arrest further damage, it should and must be taken. This is precisely what we have done. The Nigerian public has been made to believe that the slow pace of action of the Federal Government headed by Major-General Muhammadu Buhari was due to the enormity of the problems left by the last civilian administration.
Although it is true that a lot of problems were left behind by the last civilian government, the real reason, however, for the very slow pace of action is due to lack of unanimity of purpose among the ruling body; subsequently, the business of governance has gradually been subjected to ill-motivated power play considerations. The ruling body, the Supreme Military Council, has, therefore, progressively been made redundant by the actions of a select few members charged with the day-to-day implementation of the SMC’s policies and decision.
The concept of collective leadership has been substituted by stubborn and illadvised unilateral actions, thereby destroying the principles upon which the government came to power. Any effort made to advise the leadership, met with stubborn resistance and was viewed as a challenge to authority or disloyalty. Thus, the scene was being set for systematic elimination of what, was termed oppositions. All the energies of the rulership were directed at this imaginary opposition rather than to effective leadership. The result of this misdirected effort is now very evident in the country as a whole. The government has started to drift. The economy does not seem to be getting any better as we witness daily increased inflation. The nation’s meager resources are once again being wasted on unproductive ventures.
Government has distanced itself from the people and the yearnings and aspirations of the people as constantly reflected in the media have been ignored. This is because a few people have arrogated to themselves the right to make the decisions for the larger part of the ruling body. All these events have shown that the present composition of our country’s leadership cannot, therefore, justify its continued occupation of that position.
Furthermore, the initial objectives and programmes of action which were meant to have been implemented since the ascension to power of the Buhari Administration in January 1984 have been betrayed and discarded. The present state of uncertainty and stagnation cannot be permitted to degenerate into suppression and retrogression. We feel duty bound to use the resources and means at our disposal to restore hope in the minds of Nigerians and renew aspirations for a better future.
We are no prophets of doom for our beloved country, Nigeria. We, therefore, count on everyone’s cooperation and assistance. I appeal to you, fellow countrymen, particularly my colleagues in arms to refrain from any act that will lead to unnecessary violence and bloodshed among us. Rest assured that our action is in the interest of the nation and the armed forces.
In order to enable a new order to be introduced, the following bodies are dissolved forthwith pending further announcements: (a) The Supreme Military Council (b) The Federal Executive Council (c) The National Council of States. All seaports and airports are closed, all borders remain closed. Finally, a dusk to dawn curfew is hereby imposed in Lagos and all state capitals until further notice. All military commanders will ensure effective maintenance of law and order. Further announcements will be made in due course. God bless Nigeria.
