Nigeria at 49 years after independence

Nigeria is country where miracles happen .Nigeria is a country where one president inherited 150 megawatts of electrcity after spending 16 billion dollars to upgrade the electricity it dropped after below 150mega watts. I am sure the next miracle is that by the time they spend other 32billion dollars on the upgrade it will now drop to zero mega watts. Yet nothing happens.
It is a country the innocent is always afraid, afraid of the police, the army, the government, the civil defense just everybody.
Nigeria is the only country where the police use innocent citizens to do shooting practice yet they will not be brought to book just because something they are just instruments in the hand of politicians in fighting against justice.
Nigeria is the only country where police will see plain murder to even a blind man and will claim that it is armed robbery (for example the murder of a journalist Ohu)

Nigeria is the only country where the president will go to another country to open a university when all universities in his country are tightly shot due to poor working condition.
Nigeria is the only country where they employ people based on nepotism, ethnicity rather than ability to do the job
Nigeria is an infant in old age of 49 years still crawling.
The chairman of INEC just informed us that he is incapable of conducting a free and fair election yet he is still in the office.
The only country where they minister of education will celebrate when almost half of the staff in his ministry is on strike.
Great Nigeria is the country where impossibility is made possible
We are genius in crime, stealing, corruption and the like
I wonder what they want to celebrate
49 years of colossal failure?
49years failed promises
49years of thievery?
49years of poverty?
49years darkness?
49years dead standard of education?
49years of greed?
Just tell me 49yeras of what?
Can you imagine a rich country where the people are poor?
Then you know Nigeria

Following the  recent outrage that ensued about the discovery of a huge sum of money in a Lagos building, a one time chairman of the People’s Democratic Party has finally explained his connection to it. Adamu Mu’azu, a former chairman of the People’s Democratic Party yesterday disclosed about his connection to the Lagos property where the anti-graft EFCC found over N13 billion hidden in an apartment. According to Premium Times, Mr. Muazu said although he built the property, it was no longer his. Operatives of the EFCC, acting on a tip off on Wednesday, found $43,449,947, £27,800 and N23,218,000 hidden inside an apartment at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi. The recoveries were valued at N13 billion based on prevailing exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Nigeria. We are in trouble in this country. The problem with this country is and still is ethnicity. And way politicians play politics with the present and future of Nigeria all in a bid to gain political power is appalling.  Jonathan's administration witnessed between 2345-2500 people killed b y Boko Haram and instead of politicians from opposing camp to closer rank and help solve the problem they used inciting words and lies to mobilize the masses against him. This has set a dangerous precedence in this country that might lead to problems that may make or mare the sovereignty of our great Nation. Now within just 6 months of of the Buhari administration between 1892-2000 people have been killed and still counting.... And in all these who are the loosers? The poor masses.
