THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT US

When president barrack Obama started his campaign for the presidency of United States we in Africa especially Nigeria followed with keen interest. When he won nomination we celebrated it in bars, newspaper stand and virtually everywhere. Some Nigerians both poor and rich wanted to donate money to help him win the election. When some Nigerians were rebuffed or literarily insulted because they donated money for his campaign. We were taken aback. (Mind you, we do not know the laws governing American election so I don’t think they should castigate us for that) Obama’s camp did not say a single kind word for their effort. We forgave him for that and learnt our lesson the hard way .though I have little or nothing I was willing to sacrifice the little I have to help him just because we felt loved for being at least half African. Now that NFF has done the right thing

I was one of the first voices crying in the wilderness when I saw the debacle coach Shaibu Amodu is trying to drag the soccer loving country like Nigeria into. To be frank with Nigerian are tied of being the country in Africa that has the highest number of third place in the CAF championship .we are yearning for the day when the world cup will arrive or even stay here for keeps. And the type of team that can do it is not the type we saw in the CAF championship. We struggled all through this make me to wonder if the team thinks that world cup is a child’s play. Can this team beat Brazil, Spain, Britain and the rest to lift the cup? The NFF is no longer satisfied with mediocre coaches and I like the quality of coaches they are now going for but please do what you set out to do don’t give corruption any breathing space because it will kill the game for Nigeria Bye chizzy www.meenrecords.com
