Accident on Oba Akran road ikeja Lagos

Its a pity that a law abiding Nigeria is the most cheated Nigerian. He is being chased around by police, civil defense, army, numerous agents of local government, Road safety,tax officers, landlord, PHCN officials etc.
Its only in Nigeria that shameless government officials will have the audacity to ask for tax payment when a typical Nigerian:
1 provide his own light = generator economy now
2 provide his own security =  You dare not depend on our security operatives
3 provide your own water = pipe borne water cannot be guaranteed to anybody
4 Bad roads everywhere
5 pay through your nose for health care
6 pay fully for education of your wards nothing like scholarship for the poor only for the super rich

Yet they are milking the poor dry asking for taxes both direct and indirect.
Please can someone explain to me the meaning of the picture below where the police and other security agents are watching a man that has accident bleed to death without any form of help yet the government will be lying to us that police is your friends.
All the duty of police on our roads today is to give returns to their oga!
Nigeria is indeed slipping

Following the  recent outrage that ensued about the discovery of a huge sum of money in a Lagos building, a one time chairman of the People’s Democratic Party has finally explained his connection to it. Adamu Mu’azu, a former chairman of the People’s Democratic Party yesterday disclosed about his connection to the Lagos property where the anti-graft EFCC found over N13 billion hidden in an apartment. According to Premium Times, Mr. Muazu said although he built the property, it was no longer his. Operatives of the EFCC, acting on a tip off on Wednesday, found $43,449,947, £27,800 and N23,218,000 hidden inside an apartment at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi. The recoveries were valued at N13 billion based on prevailing exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Nigeria. The EFCC circulated photos and video footage of the moment the hidden money was recovered, sparking nationwide outrage. There have been media reports that the money belonged to Mr. Mu’azu...

AMERICAN POLICE FORCE: THE WORST POLICE IN THE WORLD

I am surprised that Nigerian police force seems a lot better than American police force in spite of their technological advancement. Most of their man have not advanced beyond the stone age.
